Since HACCP focuses on prevention of hazards than finished product inspection, best practices are to be incorporated in a facility at the building stage. SS Channels

Stainless Steel, due to it's oxidation resistance & low reactivity with a variety of chemicals, is the alloy of choice for food & pharmaceutical handling equipment. It is also used for drainage plumbing in food and pharmaceutical production facilities. Drainage channels, when designed suitably, function perfectly for efficient and quick removal of water and food material from the floor. However, most of the Stainless Steel channels, due to poor design, are inefficient due to return foul gases, improper clearance of waste and no filtering & retention of large particles for manual clearance. We work with Blucher and supply & install SS drain channels that are designed with more than 40 years of experience and innovation.
